I haven’t been the best newsletter writer. I get it. I should be providing you with content weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or on some kind of cadence that you could learn and cling on to. Clearly that’s not happening because my last article was in January.
Well, things are changing around here (including the direction of this newsletter).
Originally, I intended on providing some legal news and commentary (with some humor and shitposting intermixed). Well, I veered off a bit. And while I enjoy musing about life and career, that’s not informing you about the Taco Bell Crunchwrap class action.
So going forward, I’ll be providing you with quick legal news & commentary on a bi-weekly basis. Jokes too. You’ll likely also see some really cool people jump in and give their thoughts on things as well.
If this sounds like something you want to stick around for, that’s awesome. If not, totally get it (but you’re wrong).

A Big (Law) Union
We’ve all heard the jokes and horror stories about life as an associate attorney. Long hours. No limits on work. Partners ruling with an iron fist. Etc, etc.
“Well, why don’t the associates just unionize?” An interesting question posed by Bloomberg Law. What’s your take?
